Blaine Millet

Blaine is the President and a co-founder of Customer Experiences Inc., an organization focused on both Strategy and Execution. They are focused on the relentless pursuit of helping others achieve unsurpassed levels of Customer Loyalty, Employee Loyalty, Profitability, and Differentiation.

Prior to Customer Experiences Inc., Blaine worked for companies from the Fortune 50 to start-ups, including the Big 5 and IBM. He has held various roles in leadership, management, sales as well as being an individual contributor. His consulting background has been focused on strategy, customer experiences and process improvements. He also holds an MBA in marketing and finance.

His specific industry experience includes High Tech, Software, Professional Services, Telecommunications, Financial Services and Manufacturing/Distribution.

 
 
Gary Millet

Gary is a co-founder of Customer Experiences Inc. and has over 30 years experience working with companies of various sizes. CEI helps organizations build and implement highly successful Customer Architectures to increase revenues and customer loyalty. As the firm's chief “Customer Architect” and customer advocate, Gary has helped numerous organizations develop, implement, and execute very unique Customer Architectures to gain a significant competitive advantage and significantly build brand.

He is also the author of the highly recognized industry guide Graphic Arts Profitability. His unique background as a CPA, sales, marketing, and business process consultant and his tenure as North American president of an interactive Internet messaging company have provided a depth of understanding in the area of acquiring, retaining, and motivating customers.

 
 
Ransom Johnson is a Principal Affiliate Advisor representing Customer Experiences Inc in Northern California.  Ransom has over 28 years of business consulting and solutions experience in a variety of industries -- from smaller Start-up companies to Fortune 100.  His prior experience includes 15 years with Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP as a Director of Client Services, 4 years as a Director with MCI Systemhouse leading their Customer Care and Strategic Outsourcing services, 4 years at Sprint as a Director of Industry Solutions, and over 6 years supporting a variety of Northern California companies in a Professional Services capacity focused on building and perfecting Customer Care and Account Management functions.
